Photo and video shooting in the office

During treatment, it is important to ensure that the doctor remains focused and that the child stays calm.

What is allowed and what is prohibited

  • photography and videography in the office are prohibited;
  • photography is only allowed with the dentist’s permission;
  • photos are permitted before or after treatment, but not during the procedure.

Parents' presence in the office

A minimum number of adults helps the child adapt more quickly.

Terms of stay

  • only one parent may be present in the room;
  • the doctor reserves the right to change the format of attendance if necessary.

Refusal of physical restraint

The psychological safety of the child is a priority for the clinic.

  • we do not treat children using physical restraint;
  • treatment only occurs with the child’s consent and cooperation;
  • this approach reduces risks and builds trust in the dentist.

The sounds of the phone can distract both the child and the doctor.

Terms of Use

  • phone calls are prohibited during the appointment;
  • please switch your phone to silent mode before your visit;
  • if necessary, step out of the room.
