How to act

  • leave the sterile swab in the extraction site for 30 minutes;
  • do not chew or speak actively during this time;
  • after removing the swab, do not touch the socket with your tongue or hands.

Cold compress

Cold helps to reduce pain and prevent the development of swelling.

How to apply

  • apply a cold compress to the cheek on the side of the procedure;
  • perform 3 sessions of 10–15 minutes;
  • maintain a 1-hour interval between applications.

Food and drinks

After tooth extraction or implantation, the mucous membrane requires time to heal.

  • avoid eating for 2–3 hours after the procedure;
