Patient Sviatoslav presented with complaints of malocclusion, a deficient profile of the lower third of the face, and discomfort during mastication. Clinical and radiological examination revealed a skeletal Class II malocclusion (Angle classification, skeletal type). The occlusal disorder was associated with facial profile imbalance and required a comprehensive orthodontic-surgical approach.
