Problem: The patient, Mariia, presented for oral sanitation and a preventive dental examination. During the clinical examination and analysis of the cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) scan, a hidden carious lesion was detected on the proximal surface of tooth 24. This lesion posed a risk of further progression, compromise of the tooth’s anatomical integrity, and discomfort during chewing.

Problem: Oleh presented for a routine dental examination. He did not report any active complaints and had no pain. During the radiographic examination, secondary caries was detected beneath an existing restoration. Clinically, the tooth was asymptomatic; however, the radiograph clearly revealed the carious process.

Problem: Dmytro presented with complaints of food impaction between the teeth in the maxillary region. After a computed tomography (CT) scan, carious lesions were identified in teeth 26, 25, and 24. Disruption of the contact surfaces led to food retention and discomfort after meals.
