Patient Kyrylo presented with complaints of malocclusion, inability to achieve proper occlusal contact, and pronounced facial asymmetry. Clinical examination revealed a skeletal Class III malocclusion, anterior open bite, and significant mandibular asymmetry. The occlusal disorder negatively affected masticatory function, speech, and facial aesthetics, requiring a comprehensive multidisciplinary approach.
