Patient Hennadii presented with complaints of malocclusion, facial asymmetry, and discomfort during mastication. Clinical and radiological examination revealed a skeletal Class II malocclusion (Angle classification, skeletal type), combined with maxillary asymmetry and mandibular hypoplasia. The occlusal disorder negatively affected masticatory function, facial aesthetics, and overall facial harmony, requiring a comprehensive multidisciplinary approach.
