The patient, Vadym, presented with complaints of unsatisfactory smile aesthetics and impaired chewing function. Clinical examination revealed significant wear of several teeth, the presence of old prosthetic restorations, as well as teeth with signs of inflammatory processes requiring retreatment of root canals. The condition of the dental arch required a comprehensive approach to restore both chewing function and harmonious smile aesthetics.
