Alina presented with complaints of chronic caries affecting the anterior teeth of the maxilla and a desire to improve the aesthetics of the four maxillary incisors. During the clinical examination, carious lesions and aesthetic defects of the maxillary anterior teeth were identified. The need for therapeutic treatment followed by aesthetic restoration was established.
